This was an interesting experience for me. I was treated with patience during the procedure with my interrogation of Dr. Gonzales. Nurse Edie kept me informed of my appointment delay with updates regularly while I waited with my companion. Good communication, the detailed explanations gave me confidence in my surgeon. Clinic was clean, organized and sterile. I found the imaging brought me closer to the procedure as I watched the heel spur disappear. I traveled from another Island and was given considerate care in the clinic sent back to Abaco with a care package of bandages.
